Yes! Head to your My Bookings page to view, modify, or cancel your upcoming bookings. Please note that cancellation policies vary by vendor — some may offer full refunds up to 24 hours before the experience, while others may have different terms.
Yes. This marketplace flow does not capture card details directly today, so there is no fake payment form storing anything locally. When the hosted payment step ships, it will use the production payment processor instead of collecting card data inside this page.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothing, and a towel. Some trips may provide life jackets and refreshments, but check the specific listing details for what’s included. Don’t forget your camera to capture the moments!
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make the experience unsafe, the vendor will contact you to reschedule to a suitable date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
